Shipping Policy for BUBBLE POPS!

Thank you for choosing BUBBLE POPS for your shopping needs. We are dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience, including prompt and reliable shipping services. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully to understand our shipping processes, rates, and delivery times.

**1. Processing Time:**
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.  Typical products can be received about a week after making the order!  

**2. Shipping Methods and Rates:**
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $20 to the USA for *most* of our products.  Exceptions will be larger items such as our pet bed.  Please see product descriptions.  If you purchase multiple items, note that items could arrive at different dates and times.  Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated during checkout.  Canadian shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.  Furthermore, while most items will be shipping from the USA, some items may be coming from overseas, which will incur a longer shipping time.

**3. International Shipping:**
We currently do not offer shipping to other countries outside of North America.  Please email us if you like to speak to us about shipping to your country. Email:  Info@mybubblepops.com

**4. Order Tracking:**
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information that will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that it may take up to 24-36 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

**5. Address Accuracy:**
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.  

**6. Order Changes and Cancellations:**
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team at Info@mybubblepops.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.

**7. Lost or Damaged Items:**
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order at Info@mybubblepops.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
